Pricing and Delivery Programs
Pre Buy: Pre buy contracts will allow you to "lock in" your price per gallon for the upcoming heating season. With the help of our office staff, you can determine how many gallons you would like to purchase. Payment in full, including sales tax, along with a signed contract is needed for this program.
Deposit Contracts: Deposit contracts are similar in that you can "lock in" your price per gallon for the upcoming heating season. Again, with the help of our office staff, you determine the number of gallons that you would like to purchase. The difference is you only have to pay a non-refundable $0.10 per gallon deposit and remit your payment with the signed contract.
Budget: Our budget plans are designed to "lock in" your price and even spread your payments over a ten-month period (July through April). The monthly payment is determined by our office staff using your past usage history.
Payments for deliveries are due 30 days from the date of delivery. Statements are processed with transactions as of the 25th of each month. These statements are sent as a courtesy and for informational purposes only.
Auto Fill: Accounts are tracked by our office to ease your concerns on how much gas is in your tank. With this program, we schedule your deliveries so that you have one less thing to worry about during the harsh winter months.
Will Call/COD: Accounts are required to monitor the percentage of gas in the tank. In order for a timely delivery to be made, we ask that you contact us when the tank is at 30%.
